Opening hours

We are open during primary school holidays. We close for three weeks over the Christmas period and for all statutory holidays.

Monday to Friday:
Full day: 8.00 am - 4.30 pm

About Us

Sophia Preschool is located in Oakura, New Zealand. We are housed within an old villa surrounded by a garden. Sophia’s is organised and managed like a home with cosy corners and soft spaces to retreat to. The other distinctive quality is the earthiness of this place. Sustainability and connections to Papatūānuku are an ongoing journey that shapes all we do.
